Presented by the Sauk Prairie Healthcare Birth Center. Kristin Enge of Humble Yoga will show you how to incorporate your baby in yoga techniques to develop strength\, flexibility\, and bonding between you and your baby. Moms\, dads\, grandparents and other caregivers are welcome to join in with their infant (up to crawling-age) at Ruth Culver Community Library on November 2. The event starts at 9:15 a.m. with mats down and yoga commencing at 9:30 a.m. Yoga mats will be available for those who do not have their own.
