SUMMARY:Children's Day-Book Day Celebration
DESCRIPTION:The Ruth Culver Community Library invites all area children and their parents to its 10th annual Children's Day-Book Day/D a de los Ni os-D a de los Libros celebration.  The event celebrates the joy of literacy for children of all cultures and languages.  \n\n\n\nThe children will be entertained by Mr. Jack Zolkowski's performing Pomeranians\, known as the "Soda Pups".  Each dog (Ginger Ale\, Sierra Mist\, Squirt\, Dr. Pepper\, and the newest addition\, Barq's Root Beer)\, performs its own tricks\, acts of obedience\, and agility skills.  The audience may pet the dogs after the show. The children will also be treated to a pi ata (one for older children and one for younger children)\, refreshments\, and a drawing for book prizes.\n\n\n\nQuestions regarding the upcoming festivities may be directed to Heather Cole\, Bilingual Library Aide\, at (608) 643-8318.
