DESCRIPTION:Folk music of Germany\, Austria\, Switzerland and the Czech Republic comes alive  when the Dorf Kapelle 16-piece show band keeps Oktoberfest alive on Sunday\, October 18\, at the Dorf Haus Restaurant\, Roxbury (near Sauk City). A Bavarian buffet including Kasseler Ripchen\, Sauerbraten\, Spatzle\, Red Cabbage\, German Potato Salad and more\, will be served starting at 11:30 a.m. with the performance from 1-3 p.m.  \n\n\n\nThe Dorf Kapelle Show Band performs waltzes\, marches and polkas using accordions\, trombones\, tubas\, alphorns and more to play music from the famous German Ernst Mosch Band and more.\n\n\n\nRebecca Maier-Frey\, a co-owner of the family-owned Dorf Haus\, said the Dorf Kapelle\, translated "village band" is an all-time annual fall favorite and a quick trip back to Europe for an afternoon at the Dorf Haus.
