DESCRIPTION:The Giese Girls\n\nFriday\, April 12th\, 2019 7pm\n\nat River Arts on Water Gallery (590 Water St\, downtown Prairie du Sac)\n\n\nThe Giese sisters (Jessica & Lindsey) are back again to perform the music of some of their favorite singers. From Audra McDonald & Sutton Foster to Sara Bareilles & Celine Dion\, it will be an unforgettable evening of music.\n\nMany of you know Lindsey as the Executive Director of River Arts Inc\, but prior to this role\, she was the lead singer for Holland America and Celebrity Cruises. She holds 2 Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theatre and Arts Administration and currently tours the Midwest with The Dang-Its in a review show entitled "Sweet Dreams and Honky Tonks."\n\nJessica Baetz holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Butler University and a Master of Music degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She enjoys performing an eclectic variety of music and has a particular interest in 20th century compositions.\n\nThey will be accompanied by the lovely Dr. Kristine Bengtson.  Kristine is an active recitalist\, collaborative artist and teacher based in Madison\, Wisconsin. She is a nationally certified member of the Music Teachers' National Association and holds a Doctorate of Musical Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin Madison.\n\n\n\n\n\nHouse concerts are casual\, intimate\, solo or small ensemble musical performances. No tickets are required\, but a $5-$10 donation at the door is appreciated. Beverages provided by Vintage Brewing Co.
