Designed to guide the students into "letting go"of the rigid & logical "manas" mind\, this class integrates the use of movement\, breath\, and sound to help students tap into their inner voice of expression and creativity. Drawing on various ancient practices and techniques\, we work from the outside-in so we can better live from the inside-out.
