Chocolatier Paul Beloungy (voted 2016 Best of the 'Burbs by Madison Magazine) will be on hand with gift boxes and samples of over a dozen flavors including a selection of creative flavor combinations for the discriminating truffle connoisseur. Proceeds from the sale will benefit Friends of Sauk Prairie Healthcare. The group has dedicated itself to the improvement of our hospital and clinics through service\, education and special projects.
