The development of the wine was an educational experience for students\, allowing them to explore their interests in viticulture\, enology and the fermentation process. The wine is made from Wisconsin grown grapes and was barrel aged in our cellars for six months. Join us at the winery on Wednesday\, April 27 for tastings of Red Fusion as this will be the only day to sample this wine. Red Fusion will also be available at Union South as well as other university venues. All proceeds from Red Fusion are going to further fund the fermentation sciences program.
