DESCRIPTION:River Arts Inc. Youth Maker's Market Vendor Guidelines\n\nWhat is the River Arts Inc. Youth Maker's Market? This event is a free outdoor market coordinated by River Arts\, Inc. for 10-18 year old makers who live within a 20 mile radius of The River Arts on Water Gallery in Prairie du Sac. This year we have the opportunity to join in on one of the last farmer's market of the season at The Meyer Oak Grove Farmer's Market.\n\nSATURDAY\, OCTOBER 4th\, 2025 8:30am-12pm at Meyer Oak Grove Park 780 Phillips Blvd\, Sauk City\, WI 53583\n\nTimeline:\n\n\n Deadline to apply: Friday\, September 19th\, 2025 by 11:59pm\n Notification of acceptance\, waitlist\, and regrets: Tuesday\, September 23rd\, 2025\n\n\nVendor Guidelines:\n\n\n Must live within a 20 mile radius of River Arts Inc. to participate\n Must be between the ages of 10-18\n Must be able to fit in 6'x6 vendor spot\n All vendors under age 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.\n Booth space must be occupied at all times.\n Applications must be submitted online and students and parents must agree to the terms and conditions for the application.\n Must make handmade items\n All vendors are responsible for all cash handling.\n All vendors must bring their own table and chairs that can fit within 6 6 space\n The vendor must carry appropriate Licenses\, Certificates\, Insurances\, and/or Permits for the products they are making/selling. This includes intellectual property licensing for items such as logos\, etc.\n Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous manner to other vendors\, customers and market personnel.\n A vendor with a reserved space must be in their space by 3pm\n LEAVE NO TRACE. Vendors must clean up their sales area completely before leaving. This includes trash disposal.\n Vendors are responsible for bringing everything they need within their space\, including\, but not limited to\, tables\, chairs\, tents\, lights\, etc.\n Power is not available in Meyer Oak Grove Park.\n Public wifi is not available. If you plan to accept card payments\, please make arrangements for this.\n\n\nSetting up/teardown:\n\n\n Vendors may begin setting up at 7am and must be done by 8:30am.\n No teardown before 12pm\n\n\nWeather:\n\n\n This is an outdoor event\, so please come prepared. If weather becomes an issue\, the event will be canceled. River Arts\, Inc. will reach out to all those participating regarding cancellations by 6pm on Friday\, October 3rd.\n\n\nAbsences:\n\n\n If something comes up where you will be unable to attend\, please contact RAI staff by Friday\, September 26th.\n "No shows" will not be invited to participate in future events.\n\n\nPhoto Release Indication Required: \n\n\n Mark on the vendor application whether or not River Arts Inc. has permission to take photographs and/or videos of the vendor (and guardian).
