DESCRIPTION:Are you trying to eat healthier\, but have found meal prep to be a pain?  Bring yourself\, a few friends\, and 1-2 mason jars to this salad in a jar workshop to learn tips & tricks to make meal prep FUN.  I will demonstrate how to properly build a layered salad in a jar so that no ingredients end up soggy (yuck!).  Each participant will be able to build two salads to take home\, as well as receive a FREE preparation guide.
