SUMMARY:Sauk Prairie Barn Quilts Exhibit & Reception
DESCRIPTION:Did you know that there are more than 100 barn quilts in Sauk County?\n\n\n\nPhotographs of the thirty-nine barn quilts located in the Sauk Prairie area will be displayed in an exhibit at the River Arts Center as we honor and celebrate our agricultural community.  Stories of the quilts will accompany photos\, and tour brochures will be available for people to experience the barn quilts in person.  Also featured in the lobby will be various sizes of actual barn quilts created by Carol (Sorg) Wilhelm and available for sale.  \n\n \nSauk Prairie Barn Quilts is supported in part by a grant from the Sauk County UW Extension\, Arts\, & Culture Committee and Wisconsin Arts Board with funds from the State of Wisconsin and the National Endowment for the Arts
