DESCRIPTION:January 26 - February 2\, 2025 is Sauk Prairie Poverty Reduction Week\n\nThere are 3 Goals for Poverty Reduction Week:\n\n\n	\n	Raise awareness of the importance of coming together as a community to work towards Reducing Poverty.\n	\n	\n	Help raise funds for 6:8's Circles Sauk Prairie Program.\n	\n	\n	Increase local business by getting folks to support local businesses. (We believe we really can't sustainably Reduce Poverty without Strong Businesses.)\n	\n\n\nSauk Prairie Poverty Reduction Week is kicked off on Saturday\, January 26 with Schoepp's Crystal Lake Fisheree and culminates on Sunday\, February 2 with the SOUPerBowl . And all week long there will be many different businesses and organizations participating with deals and incentives to encourage local business and help raise funds for the Circles Program. \n\n------\n\n6:8 Circles meets every Monday evening using a wrap-around support system for those working their way out of poverty to reach Financial Stability. We are committed to reducing the Poverty Rate in Sauk Prairie by 10% in the next 10 years!!!\n\n------\n\nFind a way to get involved:\n\n\n	\n	Round up at the Register\n	\n	\n	Donate 10% for the week or a day in honor of 10% Poverty reduction \n	\n	\n	Reserve a Table at the SOUPer Bowl Fundraiser Event\n	\n	\n	Donate in honor of or collecting from our employees (casual Fridays\, etc)\n	\n	\n	Participate in another way (be creative): \n	\n	\n	If interested Call or Email: 608-561-8468  -- 68@makingservicepersonal.org\n	\n\n\nParticipating Businesses will receive:\n\n\n	\n	Listing on the 6:8 Circles Website\n	\n	\n	Promotion on the 6:8 Facebook Page\n	\n	\n	SP Poverty Reduction Week Promotion through posters and Chamber emails
