DESCRIPTION:We will begin this session with Brian Perry guiding you through a gentle candlelit Restorative Yin class accompanied by sound from Jordan Klein. This time will allow your body to stretch\, release\, and open\, leaving it refreshed and cleared. The remaining time will be spend laying on your mat\, using any props necessary to ensure you are comfortable\, to be fully immersed in the sound. This Sound Bath harmonically combines vibrations produced by crystal\, metal\, vocal and digital sound created by Jordan. Jordan is a Frequency Alchemist\, Reiki Master\, Visual Artist\, and Ashtanga Yogi\, who has been studying and practicing sound as medicine for years.
