DESCRIPTION:Help River Alliance of Wisconsin Showcase a Day in the Life of the beautiful Wisconsin River! Take part in our "Wisconsin River Photo Stream" by snapping a photo anywhere along the Wisconsin River over the holiday weekend July 3-5\, 2015.\n\n \n\nHOW TO PARTICIPATE:\n\nSimply take a photo of one of your favorite places in and around the Wisconsin River\, from the headwaters to the Mighty Mississippi\, over the Independence Day holiday weekend.\n\n \n\nHOW TO SUBMIT YOUR PHOTO:\n\nAll photos must include a note with the date\, time of day and location photo was taken.\n\nEmail your photo along with name\, phone number and email address to Margo at mlevitt@wisconsinrivers.org no later than 5pm on Wednesday\, July 8.\n\nJust for fun feel free to post on our Facebook or Twitter pages using the hashtag #WiRiverPhotos\n\n \n\nPRIZES!\n\nRiver Alliance staff will select a Top 10\, which will be posted to our Facebook page for online voting between July 13 - 20. The photographer of the photo with the most "likes" wins a prize pack from REI including a backpack\, water bottle and other gear. Two runners up will receive a River Alliance T-shirt.\n\n \n\nTHE FINE PRINT:\n\nWinners will be notified and announced no later than July 24\, 2015. All photos submitted become property of River Alliance of Wisconsin and may be used in future outreach or promotional materials. Photos may also be used in a future video montage of "A Day in the Life of the Wisconsin River."
