DESCRIPTION:Take a break from Wisconsin's winter at our Port Wine Celebration!\n\nWalk behind the scenes to see how our Port wines are made in our modern fermentation facilities and age in barrels in our historic underground aging cellars. Along the way\, enjoy tastes of the Red Port and White Port\, plus a few of our other wines. Hear from Winemaker Philippe as he shares remarks on our Red Port\, White Port and our Tawny Port.\n\nEnjoy a special Winter Tonic cocktail made with our White Port\, Pear Eau de Vie and tonic water and light food that complements our Port wines. A Port plate combination featuring handcrafted Carr Valley Cheese Porto Duet made with our Red Port wine or Carr Valley's 6-year aged cheddar\, along with a flavorful chocolate truffle\, locally-made bread\, almonds and fresh fruit. The Port plates are available to purchase with or without a glass of Red or White Port wine (while supplies last).\n\nWarm up to the riveting performance of Gin\, Chocolate & Bottle Rockets upstairs in our historic Sugarloaf Room. Enter our Port Lady and Port Guy look-alike contest for a chance to win a Port gift box. Judging will take place at 3:00pm in our Sugarloaf Room and will be based on crowd applause.
