This lunch and learn will walk you through the benefits and drawbacks of working with remote teams.  You will have the chance to hear from two team leaders from Compeer Financial.  Compeer is a Farm Credit Association lending to farmers and rural America with lending assets of over $20 billion.  They have teams spread across three states: Wisconsin, Illinois and Minnesota.  During this session you will have to the chance to ask questions of different communication tools and network technologies.  Bryan Stanek is the VP of Industry Specialists, where he leads a team of 40 to provide lending capital and consultative services for Large Dairy, Timber, Potato/Vegetable, Cranberries/Fruit, additionally Emerging Markets, leasing and trade industries.  Jason Koopmans is the VP of Technology Development and Delivery.  He works with a team to program, and implement secure program tools to the association.  His team is also spread across the three states and utilizes similar techniques of working with his remote teams.  Please bring your questions and join us for the lunch and learn.
