Methods of Acrylic Pour Painting with Studio Sweet T

Ages 13+
Welcome to the world of abstract acrylic pour painting! This class will cover fluid art fundamentals, how to create a pouring mix, color theory, and introductory pouring techniques. Includes creation of 2 pieces to try different pouring styles. Techniques students can learn include but are not limited to Flip Cup, Dirty Pour, Ribbon Pour, and Swipes. Pieces will require 3-4 days drying time and will need to be picked up at the gallery. Teyanna can seal + varnish both pieces for an additional fee; would extend pickup timeline to 4 weeks post-class to allow pieces to fully cure. Ages 13+. Students should wear clothing they don’t mind getting paint on and/or a smock.
Registration includes: all materials for 2 canvases in a 9×12, 10×10 or 12×12 size
