St. Vincent de Paul School Supply Distribution

St. Vincent de Paul will be giving out school supplies for children in the Sauk Prairie School District.

Applications are available on our website: stvdpsaukprairie.com.
Applications can be picked up in advance at: St. Vincent de Paul Community Store 815 19th Street  or St. Vincent de Paul Resource Center 1906 North Street.

Requirements:

• Proof of residency (a rental lease or utility bill)
• Proof of financial need (a pay stub from unemployment, disability, or social security)
