Workshop: From the Garden - Hands On Herbal Soapmaking

This class is for the experienced as well as the beginning soap maker. We will explore the art of creating luxurious soap that incorporates fresh goat milk (cow as well as whey will also be discussed). In addition we will learn to incorporate whole herbs from the garden to create unique batches of soap. Participants will take home recipes as well as some of the soap we create in class.

Linda Conroy is a bioregional herbalist. She is the founder of Moonwise Herbs, The Midwest Women’s Herbal Conference and Wild Eats. She studied and apprenticed with world renowned herbalists and has offered programs and apprenticeships for close to two decades. Her passion is herbal nourishment through community, wild food and wild medicine.
