Our Per Diem Incentive Program is based on the number of hours you pick up:

? 16+ hours a month : Additional $25 PER SHIFT
? 24+ hours a month : Additional $40 PER SHIFT
? 32+ hours a month: Additional $50 PER SHIFT

?? Weekend and holiday availability is part of our Per Diem Program.

Per Diem Expectations

• Employees must commit to the minimum number of shifts required for their selected tier during each four-week scheduling period.
• Required weekend shifts must be worked on Saturday or Sunday. Friday shifts alone do not satisfy the weekend commitment.
• Per diem employees are required to work two holidays per year.
• The incentive amount applies to qualifying shifts when the employee meets the commitment requirements for the selected tier.
• If you call in sick within the pay period, you forfeit the tier pay and will receive your base rate.
