Inga Cooks : Harvest Favorites

Join Inga Witscher for an entertaining cooking demonstration. Inga is a 4th generation dairy farmer, milking cows and making cheese on her small farm in Wisconsin. When she’s not on the farm or in her garden, she collaborates with her team to tell the stories of Wisconsin’s diverse farmers, for her PBS program Around the Farm Table. Inga will be using her favorite late summer, and early autumn ingredients in a delicious seasonal recipe. Space is limited, please call or visit the library to sign up. Masks are required to attend.
