4. Approve/deny Monthly Bills for December 2011 & January 2012.
5. Approve/deny Financial Statement – December 31, 2011 & January 31, 2012.
6. Approve/deny Changing House Inspections from February to May.
7. Approve/deny Write Off of Anna Miller and Heidi Will Outstanding Rent Balance.
8. Approve/deny Capitalization Policy.
9. Director’s Report.
10. Next Meeting Date – March 8, 2012.
11. Adjourn.
