7:30-8:15 Bootcamp Workout with Jamie & Tammy
8:15-8:30 Break: socialize, grab a snack, or jump in the lake.
8:30-9:30 Vinyasa Flow with Mike

 

Let’s change it up! Join Jamie and Tammy for a 45-minute outdoor bootcamp style workout. We will provide the opportunity to do something different, push yourself, sweat and have fun doing it. Our bootcamp is geared for all fitness levels. This will be followed by a lakefront Flow class with Mike. Allowing time to breathe in the fresh air, feel the sun, and hear the sounds of the water nearby while strengthening and stretching your body and mind.

 

What to bring? Shoes for Bootcamp, a mat for Flow, a water bottle, (we will have water for you to refill as needed), sunscreen and bug spray if you desire.
