Maintenance/Repair Manager.

Kris Kohlman Property Management, LLC-KKPM, LLC- Seeking Maintenance/Repair Manager.   Properties managed are in Sauk City, Prairie du Sac, Mazomanie, Baraboo, and Dane.  Essential duties include but are not limited to:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs in apartment homes and common areas.
• Experience in apartment, residential or general maintenance
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair, to be able to coordinate repair with licensed vendors.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities and deadlines.
• Positive attitude and commitment to resident satisfaction.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift, carry and move maintenance equipment and materials.
• This position requires being on call during an on call rotation/schedule to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies.
• Personal Tools it is expected that all maintenance technicians will furnish their own basic tools, except for any specialty tools.
• Transportation is provided.
