About Us

Fire on the River is a volunteer-driven community organization that hosts one of Sauk Prairie?s largest annual summer celebrations along the beautiful Wisconsin River. The event brings residents, visitors, and local businesses together for a weekend of family-friendly entertainment, community spirit, and patriotic celebration.

The annual festival features live music, food and beverage vendors, games and activities for all ages, a car show, and the popular Eagle Chase run/walk, which includes 5K, 10K, and half-marathon options. The celebration concludes with a spectacular fireworks display over the Wisconsin River, creating a memorable highlight of the summer season for the Sauk Prairie community.

Through its events and partnerships, Fire on the River also supports local causes and organizations, helping strengthen community connections and contributing to the vitality of the Sauk Prairie area.
