The Lower Wisconsin State Riverway Board is hosting an event to commemorate the creation of the Riverway and Riverway Board in 1989.
Featured speakers include former Governor Tommy Thompson, former State Senator Dale Schultz, former State Representative Spencer Black and former State Representative David O. Martin.
