Windows & Door Installer
Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday; Saturdays as needed)
Overview:
Skilled and dependable Windows & Door Installer. This is a field-based position responsible for installing windows, entry doors, patio doors, and related components with high-quality craftsmanship and strong attention to detail, and experience in residential or commercial window and door installation, communicates well, and works effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:

Install windows, exterior doors, patio doors, and trim according to project specifications.

Measure, cut, level, and secure materials to ensure proper fit and alignment.

Remove and replace existing windows and doors while protecting customer property.

Perform high quality installation of trim.

Use ladders, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently.

Maintain a clean, organized job site and follow all safety standards.

Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and customers as needed.

Represent the company with professionalism at all times.
Requirements:

Experience in window and door installation is required.

Understanding of construction techniques and building materials.

Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights when necessary.

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.

Willingness to work occasional Saturdays based on workload or weather delays.
