We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Canvasser / Field Lead Generator to generate new business by speaking directly with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods. This role is responsible for creating interest, building rapport, and setting qualified appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is energetic, resilient, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people daily.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation

• Door-to-door canvassing in assigned neighborhoods
• Introduce company services and generate interest with homeowners
• Qualify prospects and set appointments for sales team
• Clearly communicate value and build trust quickly

Performance & Activity

• Achieve minimum 10 net leads per week (average)
• Maintain consistent daily activity and territory coverage
• Track leads, notes, and outcomes accurately
• Attend team meetings and training

Professionalism

• Represent the company positively in the field
• Maintain strong communication with sales and management
• Handle rejection professionally and stay persistent 

Skills & Qualifications

• Outgoing and confident personality
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Able to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods daily
• Reliable and consistent

Preferred: Canvassing, door-to-door sales, fundraising, retail sales, or customer-facing experience.

Compensation

• Base Hourly Pay + Performance Pay (amount earned per net lead set)
