Sales & Marketing Manager
Position Summary
Driven and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead both our revenue generation and brand growth efforts. This role is responsible for managing the sales pipeline, improving close rates, overseeing marketing strategy, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on comfortable analyzing numbers while also executing campaigns and coaching the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Manage and improve the full sales pipeline from lead to close
- Track KPIs: close rate, average job size, sales cycle, revenue targets
- Train, coach, and hold sales staff accountable
- Improve scripts, process, and follow-up systems
- Forecast revenue and set monthly/quarterly targets
- Work closely with production/operations to ensure smooth handoff
- Manage lead generation strategy (digital, referral, paid ads, local marketing)
- Track cost per lead, ROI, and conversion performance
- Oversee website, branding, and campaign execution
- Coordinate online reviews, reputation management, and referral growth
- Manage marketing vendors or internal staff
- Develop promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Align marketing with sales goals
- Identify new growth opportunities and partnerships
- Improve customer journey and conversion rates
- Report weekly/monthly performance metrics to leadership
- 3+ years in sales, marketing, or combined role
- Strong understanding of lead generation and sales conversion
- Data-driven and KPI focused
- Leadership and accountability mindset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing both strategy and execution
Preferred: Experience in construction, home services, or service-based industry.
Compensation
