Call Center / Appointment Setting Specialist

Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dependable Call Center / Appointment Setting Specialist to handle inbound leads and proactively generate new opportunities through outbound calling. This role is responsible for contacting potential customers, building rapport, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is energetic, persistent, and comfortable speaking with people all day.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Handling
- Respond quickly to incoming leads (calls, web inquiries, and follow-ups)
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Enter accurate notes and updates in CRM
- Maintain strong customer experience and professionalism
Outbound Calling / Lead Generation
- Call cold and warm prospect lists daily
- Re-engage past customers and unsold leads
- Generate new opportunities and set qualified appointments
- Overcome objections and keep conversations moving toward booking
Performance & Tracking
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and appointment targets
- Track contact attempts, conversations, and appointments set
- Maintain strong follow-up discipline
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams
- Base Pay + Performance Pay (set amount per qualified appointment that holds)
